Very easy check in the staff was great and Tom the doc was a pleasure to deal with. I am not a fan of going to any type of doctor’s office but Tom the doc was really cool and made it feel like I was just hangin with the boys. If I have to see an eye doc, this is the only place I'm going.

My wife recently had bilateral cataract surgery, done by Dr. Warren, and I had a comprehensive exam with Dr. Maher. Since I am a retired optometrist, I can definitely talk about this practice. The support staff are excellent; the office people are friendly, most competent and professional. Lovely ladies, all of them. The technicians are the same: professional, very nice, skilled, and didn't rush you along. Every doctor we encountered took the time to do a proper workup and answered all our questions. Dr. Warren is a very good surgeon. He explains everything. He even asked me if I wanted to come work there! I would if my health was better. My wife can finally see straight. She had no post-surgical complications. Dr. Maher got me all set with an updated prescription for glasses, did a thorough exam which reminded me of my work before my health faltered. We had the chance to talk awhile, which was nice, finding out how other optometrists are getting along. This is such a wonderful office, if my health improves I just might ask about seeing patients part-time. I loved managing glaucoma and dry eye, and their practice is the perfect setting for helping such patients preserve their vision.

Bella at the front desk is always a joy to speak with—she’s respectful and friendly. I see Dr. Maher, who was thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, even using visuals to help me understand. I found this approach both educational and refreshing, as he didn’t rush through my eye exam. My father sees Dr. Glavine and Dr. Fay, and both are highly professional and knowledgeable. His cataract surgery went smoothly, with a seamless process both before and after the procedure. Overall, all the staff we have met are efficient, pleasant, and welcoming.

I have seen Dr Maher and Glavine in the past and had great experiences with both of them and their technicians. This year I had an issue that landed me an appointment with Dr Ying who I was equally impressed with. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful in getting me a last minute appointment, and the wait time was minimal. I interacted with both Kaylyn who was quick and efficient and then Tammy who did my scans like a pro and with such humor. Happy to know there's such a great team so close to home.

We had a discussion about cataract surgery, and I felt secure with going forward with my surgery with Dr. John Warren. I had my surgeries and all went well. Highly recommended for laser correction surgery! The surgical center in Springfield is beautiful and very clean. I had a great outcome and can see so well! The office in Gardner has been following me after the surgery and both Dr. Maher and Dr. Glavine are great! Both are highly skilled doctors and they provide excellent patient care. Everyone at the front desk and the office manager are very nice. I will continue to see them for my routine eye care and they now have a lifelong patient.
